Our dredges include the small but powerful FLUMP, the rugged, self-propelled Rotomite™ for high-solids dredging and the heavy-duty Sludge Dredge for industrial and municipal wastes.

Built tough to ensure dependable service in harsh environments, Crisafulli Sludge Removal Systems (SRS) are simple to operate, easy to transport and are fabricated in a variety of materials, including special metals for abrasive or corrosive sludge. Also available are specialized power and control systems, self-propulsion, traversing system options and pond liner protection. At Crisafulli, our staff of specialists have been solving liquid waste problems for nearly thirty years. Our problem solving ability is our greatest strength. For standard applications--or when no standard product will solve your problem--call us. We will work with you to produce the Crisafulli Sludge Removal System that will meet the specific requirements of your application.

Crisafulli FLUMP™

This is the small dredge that's big on performance, and it's priced right for today's tight budgets. We build the FLUMP in a wide range of sizes, cutterheads, control systems, dredging and pumping capacities, and standard dredging depths to 12 feet.  (Custom depths to 30 feet)  Use the FLUMP to clean your pond or lagoon of sludge, sediment, biosolids and residuals. Manual or computer controlled shore based cable or rail-mounted traverse system. Optional fully automatic and remote control system now available.  Because it's unmanned, the FLUMP offers two important benefits: efficiency and safety. It can save labor hours in operation, and the dredge operator isn't exposed to potentially hazardous dredged materials. FLUMP is now available with our patented Pivoting Traverse System. For ponds clogged with aquatic vegetation, try our Weed Handling Cutterhead.
