Technical Sales Position

 

Successful candidate will have mechanical or technical school experience.  Knowledge of combustion engines, electric motors, hydraulic motors and over-the-counter parts sales greatly valued. Industrial or agricultural background preferred.

 

Must be outgoing, with a positive attitude. On the job and professional training provided as required.

 

Excellent communication skills, particularly phone skills, and a willingness to travel when needed.

 

 

Design Engineer

Department: Engineering

Grade: III- Exempt

 

SRSC’s Engineering Department is recruiting to fill a Design Engineer position.  This individual will be responsible for the design of SRSC systems, will work closely with Sales and Manufacturing to insure systems meet specifications, and provide cost estimates for Sales.  This individual will have the opportunity to work on new product designs and improvements to existing products.

 

The position includes opportunity to provide field support, by phone or on site visits for installations.

 

The position requires Bachelor of Engineering, preferably Mechanical, or equivalent work experience. 

 

The right individual will be able to effectively communicate with both shop personnel and technical personnel to relay instructions and ideas; will be able to sketch designs to demonstrate how an assembly should go together, and will be able to discuss technical issues with non-technical employees to insure issues are thoroughly understood.

 

SRSC seeks an engineer who has a good understanding of welding and metal fabrication manufacturing techniques, and is mechanically sound with a thorough understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, diesel and electrical systems. 

 

Familiarity with Bills of Materials, Lean Manufacturing principles, Auto-Cad and SolidWorks, and Excel software, and testing and calibration protocols will be advantageous.

 

Sales and Business Development Executive

 

 

Responsibilities include business development and sale of pumps, dredges, and power units directly to customers, and through reps, and dealer/distributors; customer technical support and training. After approximately six-months of Glendive-based training in the product line and product applications, plus training as professional salesman, substantial domestic and international travel including trips of two-week duration.

 

Skills and attitude required. Enterprising, positive, “can-do” attitude. A natural, strong sales instinct. A passion for selling. Professional sales skills. 3.5 or higher college Grade Point Average. Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, strong personal relationship skills, high level of mechanical aptitude. Bachelor level engineering or equivalent technical background and aptitude. Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Chemical and Petrochemical engineering disciplines welcome.

 

Compensation. Competitive starting salary based on experience and qualifications, plus commissions based on transactions handled, plus participation in Company profit sharing, plus full benefit package.

 

Reporting location. Initially, SRS Crisafulli, Inc.’s operations center, Glendive, Montana. Applicants for this position must be willing to relocate.

After product, application, and sales training, will work from Glendive, MT or from a designated field office.
