Crisafulli Pumps
Impeller Design Key to pump performance
More than 100 Models. Crisafulli offers more than 100 pump models which vary primarily in the impeller design - i.e., open or closed, double or single suction, diameter and width, the number and configuration of the impeller blades. Additionally, the housing (volute), discharge size, materials used in manufacture, power source, horsepower applied, and pump speed (revolutions per minute, RPM) vary by model. Each pump model has unique performance characteristics and applications explained in Sections for Hydraulic Pumps, Submersible Pumps, Trailer Pumps, Vertical Pumps, and in the Product Book.
Work done. Of primary interest, however, to our customers is work done - i.e., the versatility, flow, and lift (total dynamic head) capacity of their Crisafulli pumps. As the sole moving part, the impeller is critical to pump performance. When a Crisafulli Impeller is inside the pump, you are assured of a rugged, reliable, versatile pump able to achieve high performance in a wide range of applications - in other words, good value for your investment.
Crisafulli pumps enable our customers to transfer water and many kinds of waste at high capacities - i.e., sludge, slurry, fly ash, tailings, storm runoff, and more. With flow capacities ranging from 50 gallons per minute (GPM) to 18,000 GPM and Total Dynamic Heads ranging from 20 feet to 280 feet, Crisafulli can build your pump to meet your particular requirements.
The Crisafulli Advantage. The wide range of performance and application capabilities of the Crisafulli Pump and Dredge product line, each model of which can be customized to each customer's special requirements, provides our customers with what we call "The Crisafulli Advantage."
"Crisafulli Impeller Inside" describes our pump line - our trailer, vertical, hydraulic, and submersible pumps. In most cases, a Crisafulli Pump is also used in Crisafulli Dredges.

Golf Balls. Crisafulli Pumps are so versatile they can pump solids, including rocks, the size of golf balls, or bigger. Crisafulli Pumps used on Crisafulli Dredges can pump solids up to 6 inches in diameter.
The descriptions "hydraulic pump", "submersible pump", "trailer pump", "vertical pump" refer to the delivery system - i.e., the structure required to place pump where it can work - i.e., move fluids, sludge, and sediment.
Whatever your requirement, from handling storm and flood waters to the toughest high-solids transfer applications, Crisafulli offers a proven reliable pump for the job.
