A Crisafulli™ ladder mounted, submerged, high lift, severe duty slurry pump with hardened alloy steel pump case & impeller (Brinell 400 hardness), totally enclosed bearing frame, tungsten/carbide mechanical primary shaft seal, shaft coupling, a variable speed hydraulic motor and dredge ladder mounts.

A Crisafulli™ slurry duty, 8 foot wide, reversible, horizontal auger/tiller cutterhead with 16 detachable, hardened steel cutting blades, dual opposing auger sections, a common drive shaft, dual drive motors, 10,000 in-lbs. of digging torque, 10" suction clean out hatch door and 3/16" x 3/8" plate construction.  (See Drawing #CPC-90334.)

A self leveling tie-rod dredge ladder with quick pin ends, 8" reinforced structural tubing ladder, 4" reinforced structural tubing tie-rods, dual heavy duty depth control rams and a depth indicator. (See Drawing #CPC-90310 for further information.)

A Crisafulli™ Model #D9000 idler style variable speed, reversible traversing winch with dual 9" diameter idler sheaves, and a 9" diameter drive sheave, dual 12" tall cable guide side rollers, 18,000 in-lbs. torque, fast forward/fast reverse controls, a full length cable guard and a tail pulley assembly.

A Diesel/Hydraulic Power Unit with a Cummins 6 cylinder, turbo charged diesel engine, a hydrostatic dredge pump hydraulic circuit, an open auxiliary hydraulic power circuit, a valve plate assembly, 45 gallon hydraulic reservoir, 10 hour diesel fuel tank, electric start, emergency shutdown system (high engine temperature, low engine oil level, low hydraulic fluid level) filtration, fluid cooler, critical silencer, dry type air filter, fuel filters, oil filters, power unit rain cap covers and a common dredge power unit skid frame.

A deluxe operators cab with a 14 gage steel structural cab, 1" sound insulation all around, left side locking door, sliding glass window, ventilation fan, dome light, high back adjustable padded operators chair with swing down arm rests, dredge controls & instrumentation including engine key start, engine throttle, dredge pump throttle, traversing direction, traversing speed, depth control, cutterhead direction, hydraulic pressure gauges and engine instrumentation.  (For operator safety & comfort all controls are cable operated.)

An 8 foot wide 1/8 inch steel, foam filled, pressure tested pontoon platform with internal bracing, cross bracing, non-skid grip decking and grey epoxy-enamel paint.  Aluminum handrailings, chained accessways on both ends, on both sides, power unit mounts, dredge ladder mounts, traversing winch mounts and 4 lifting eyes.
